Sushi Osamu, located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, has guests constantly visiting from all over Japan and from overseas. The warm personality of the owner - chef Mr. Osamu Muto is always openly welcome and friendly. The highly recommended dish is the “inari-zushi of Osamu”, a type of sushi with a hint of wasabi, wrapped with fried bean curd of Kumamoto which goes through six hours of careful preparation.
