From the chargrilled steaks of top-quality Tajima Wagyu beef to the single salmon slow-smoked every week in the restaurants special kiln, the menu at Aragawa is testament to the foods superb quality. Sirloin steaks are served at 2-3 cm and tenderloin at 5-6 cm in width in order to best elicit the rich taste of the steaks, and, after being seasoned with salt and sesame, are all grilled over an open flame in the kiln.
