Tagetsu is a true hideaway in Tokyo, with a counter, zashiki-style (a room with tatami floor) seating, and a private dining room which holds maximum of ten. The dishes created by Mr. Hideo Mochizuki , the owner chef who trained for his culinary skills at distinguished restaurants including Genyadana Hamadaya continue to please the connoisseurs of Tokyo. As he passionately emphasizes that he “would love for the guests to enjoy the soup”, the fragrance and delicate flavor of the broth will fully satisfy the guests’ hearts.
