A Japanese cuisine restaurant established in 1970, Zeniya serves outstanding local delicacies of Kanazawa, Ishikawa. The second-generation owner - chef, Mr. Shinichiro Takagi having trained for his culinary skills at Kyoto Kitcho, is in close acquaintance with top chefs such as Mr. Alan Ducasse, and numerous ambassadors to Japan come as guests to taste his exquisite cuisine. The chef is very keen to the local ingredients of the area, allowing him to create refined and exquisite dishes such as jibu-ni, a duck meat stew.
