The owner chef of this renowned Italian restaurant is Mr. Yoshimi Hidaka, a pioneer in Italian cuisine in Japan. He believes that the biggest appeal of Italian cuisine is in their local food, which can be observed throughout his menu. Using organic vegetables and selective ingredients, he adds his own twists to draw out the best flavor of the ingredients. The specialty of this restaurant is their "Pesce All'acqua Pazza", an amazing dish packed with the savoriness of seafood.
