Kaichoro is a ryokan (Japanese-style hotel) in Ikaho Onsen, Gunma, aspiring to be the “luxurious home away from home”. The comfortable wood feel of the room décors are made of traditional Japanese architectural materials, with a modern Japanese touch. The rooms will give an impression as if it has been carefully wrapped in washi (Japanese paper) box. The cuisine, a course menu based on the chef’s selection, is full of premium ingredients including local organic vegetables, Akagi beef, seasonal seafood sent directly from the port, and the supreme Kafuka kelp of Rebun Island .
