Mr. Nobuo Morita, the owner and chef of Sushi Morita, is known for his creative dishes like "tomato sushi". Having started his career as a sushi chef in 1925, he founded this restaurant 35 years ago. Each sushi is a true masterpiece with Chef's additional twist, such as lightly grilling the fish and adding flavour with some citrus zest. The 81-year-old chef is ever so energetic, standing behind the counter with his tall geta clogs, with endless passion to creating something new. We recommend you to reserve as soon as possible, to enjoy his beautifully artistic yet reasonable food.
