Mr. Nobuo Morita, the owner and chef of Sushi Morita, is known for his creative dishes like "tomato sushi". Having started his career as a sushi chef in 1925, he founded this restaurant 35 years ago. The 81-year-old chef is ever so energetic, standing behind the counter with his tall geta clogs, with endless passion to creating something new.
