Mr. Tomoyuki Konagaya, the owner and master chef, has an unique career as a chef of Japanese cuisine. While training at a famous French restaurant in Japan, he learned his skills as a patissier and then went off to explore the culinary world in France. As he learned more about this world, he found himself being more and more aspired by Japanese cuisine. All course menus are based on chefs selection.
