Mr. Takahashi, the owner chef, opened the restaurant with his name in 2006, after training at Sukiyabashi Jiro for 13 years. The interior is "pure Japanese" cherishing the tradition and culture of Zen. All the fishes are carefully selected by himself of the freshest and best catch of the day. Enjoy the time with delicious Chasselas wine that matches beautifully with sushi.
