One of the world's best-known sushi chefs, Takayoshi Watanabe, the third generation owner of TERUZUSHI, has created a kitchen knife that chefs will want to hold

"TERUZUSHI" is a sushi restaurant established in 1964 and located in Tobata, Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture.

The sushi, made with the finest natural seafood from the seas around Kitakyushu and served at a theater-like counter with performances, attracts sushi lovers from all over the world.

With over 1 million followers on SNS and over 200 million views on TikTok, the company has five restaurants in Japan and abroad, and holds pop-up events around the world.

One of the world's best-known sushi chefs, Takayoshi Watanabe, the third generation owner of TERUZUSHI, has created a kitchen knife that chefs will want to hold.

The knives are handmade by craftsmen of Sakai Uchihamono, a traditional manufacturing method that has been used for 600 years in Sakai, Osaka, a production center of cutlery, based on the division of labor between blacksmith and sharpening craftsmen. It can be used for a wide range of applications, from sushi to Japanese, Western, Chinese, confectionery, and home cooking.

This authentic knife is forged from Ginsanko steel, a stainless steel that is resistant to rust and sharp. It has a wide range of uses, not only for sashimi, but also for meat and vegetables. The handle is made of ebony, a high-grade material that is resistant to water and damage.
