Product sales price, delivery charges Selling prices are indicated for each item.
Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country and region. We will contact you later after confirming your order.
Payment Method Credit cards are accepted for payment.
Delivery time After your order is placed, we will check the stock status and estimated completion time for made-to-order items before informing you of the estimated delivery date.
Order Cancellation We cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
Returns and Exchanges

If the product is different from your order, defective, or damaged or defaced due to an accident during shipping, we will accept the return or exchange of the product at our expense. We will only accept returns or exchanges if we are notified within one week of receipt. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases

  1. Damaged or stained products that are not the fault of our company
  2. Custom-made items, special order items, or items with names on them
  3. Food products and distribution products
  4. Opened products
  5. Products that have been used.
    The customer is responsible for shipping charges for ex changes and returns due to the customer's own reasons.
