"TERUZUSHI" is a sushi restaurant established in 1964 and located in Tobata, Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
The sushi, made with the finest natural seafood from the seas around Kitakyushu and served at a theater-like counter with performances, attracts sushi lovers from all over the world.

The knives are handmade by craftsmen of Sakai Uchihamono, a traditional manufacturing method that has been used for 600 years in Sakai, Osaka, a production center of cutlery, based on the division of labor between blacksmith and sharpening craftsmen. It can be used for a wide range of applications, from sushi to Japanese, Western, Chinese, confectionery, and home cooking.
The blade is made of Bohler-Uddeholm special alloy steel, a high-quality stainless steel material. It has excellent sharpness, rust resistance, and abrasion resistance. The handle is made of POM resin so that it can be used in dishwashers and dryers.
