Large Silk Chiffon Stole "Colors of Life"
Stole vividly depicts the powerful life force of nature and the loveliness of birds
Chiso is a long-established Kyoto Yuzen kimono store in Kyoto, which has been in business for 470 years. Chiso has been reflecting the beauty of Kyoto's nature and the aesthetic sense of traditional patterns in its kimonos, and the stoles produced by Chiso will be on special sale.
The stoles vividly depict the powerful life force of nature and the loveliness of birds. The design is from “Keinen Kacho Gafu, Flowers and Birds of the four seasons” by Japanese painter Keinen Imao, published by Chiso in 1891. The composition stretches upward, giving a sense of the grandeur of nature, and it is fun to look for ladybugs and snails playing with the flowers.
Thin and soft to the touch, it is compact enough to wrap around the neck, and the colors of the flowers provide a beautiful accent. It does not wrinkle easily when folded, making it convenient for travel. It is also recommended as a countermeasure against air conditioning in summer. You can enjoy wrapping this gorgeous stole in various ways, as if you were wearing a Japanese painting.
