This exclusive program offers a private boat excursions along the river in Kyoto. 

Before or after dining at the  Michlin  restaurant, you may enjoy drinks and light snacks aboard the boat, or even savor part of your meal while cruising on the river.
 Immerse yourself in the majestic nature of Arashiyama and experience a graceful, relaxing moment.

*Guests can also enjoy the seasonal summer event of watching "Ukai" (traditional cormorant fishing) during July to mid September.
*Please inqury us to upgrade for Iccho Ikkan peformance.

Experience an enchanting evening on a serene riverboat with geisha.  During commorant fishing season(Jul1-Sep15), you may see the tradition on the river.

*Music Performance by Geisha can be arranged for additional charge if available.

 

Schedule

17:15 Meet your guide at dinner venue (Please contact us for arranging private transfer)
17:30 Dinner at Arashiyama Kitcho Restaurant and cruise on the river
22:00 Event terminates at the restaurant. Taxi transfer service to your hotel in Kyoto is offered.

Meals: Michelin-starred Kaiseki dinner (partially served on the boat, with the remainder served in the restaurant room accompanied by a Geisha performance).
Drink charge is not included and on your own on the site.
Guide: Full attendance by an English-speaking guide on the boat and in the restaurant

People Booking number: UP to 8 Participants on a boat. For more than 8, please ask the availabiity of the 2nd boat.

Booking accepted until 31days prior to the event with full payment.
Cancellation policy
  • 100% cancellation charge is applied from 30 days prior to and on the event date :
  • If the arrangement for the requested date is not available due to supplyer reason, full payment will be refunded including the deposit.
    *If river cruise is suspended on the event day due to boat supplier reason, such as bad weather , JPY10,000per person will be refunded.
  • Once arrangement is confirmed for the requested date, the order is regarded as contracted, and the deposit is not refunded for the cancellation by the clients' reason.
Remarks

This program is subject to strict confirmation, and due to the involvement of Geisha (Geiko), a 100% cancellation fee will apply once confirmed.
Optional arrangements, such as an instrumental performance by Geisha and fireworks on the boat, can be made based on availability for additional charge.

Price: JPY1,600,000～ for 4 person.

*JPY200,000per person in addition from 5-8person.
DEPOSIT: Kindly place 480,000yen as a deposit when you place an order.
In case of bad weather, boat dinner will be suspended and all the dinner will be served in the restaurant with Geisha entertainment

・The remaining balance of total charge is asked to pay by 31days prior to the event.
