Make the most of your time in Hakone with helicopter access from Tokyo!

Hakone is an internationally popular tourist destination, amusing the visitors with natural beauty of all four seasons. It is the closest hot spring village from the city-centre with more than 40 inns with high-quality hot springs. Also full of art galleries, museums, and other leisure facilities, it does not fail to entertain the visitors all year round.
 
Enjoy a smooth 35minutes ride by private helicopter from Tokyo Heliport to Hakone Sengokuhara Heliport where your guide will waits. Hakone guided tour is arranged by a private car.
The tour will visit Owakudani boiling valley, and ropeway ride, and the must-see museums.   Lunch is served at the prestigious restaurant, Ito Dining, where you can savour the famous Kobe beef steak.
 
After lunch , you will visit OKADA MUSEUM OF ART, one of the foremost sanctuaries of beautiful art in Japan. Its collection includes ancient and modern art pieces totaling about 350, all from Japan, China and Korea, and the art curator of the museum will guide you through.
 
 After the art tour you can enjoy yourself in the hot spring known for luxurious, both open-air and indoor communalstyle at Gorakadan(or similer), one of the best ryokans in Japan, a kaiseki-style cuisine is served at a private room. The course menu is filled with fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables and local delicacies. Relax yourself in the comfortable accommodation overlooking the lush greenery.Next day, please enjoy the sightseeing of Hakone.

Schedule

Day 1

10:00 Departing from Tokyo Heliport by private helicopter. Baggage capacity may be limited depending on the number of passengers and the type of aircraft.
10:40 Guide waits at Sengokuhara Helicopter for Hakone sightseinng tour by private car.
Visit Owakudani, the Boiling Valley, and enjoy a scenic ropeway ride above it (weather permitting).
13:30 Lunch at Ito Dinning by NOBU
15:00-16:00 Visiting Okada Museum
16:30 check in the ryokan
Enjoy hot spring in a private room
Kaiseki dinner at the restaurant of the ryokan
Overnight at Gorakadan (or Similar in Hakone)

Day 2

9:30 Meet a guide in a Ryokan lobby
10:00 Visiting Open air museum
12:30 Lunch at Caffé Terraza Ukai
14:30-15:30 Enjoy a private boat cruise on Lake Ashi, with a special visit to Kuzuryu Shrine, uniquely accessible from the lakeside.
Souvenir-hunting time at local Yosegizaiku wood-craft shops.
16:00 Return to Tokyo by private car
18:30 Arrive at your hotel in Tokyo and the service terminates.

Cancellation policy (cancellation request should be informed within our business hours on weekdays. )
  • 10 to 7 days before: No cancellation fee.
  • 6days before: 50% cancellation fee.
  • From 5days before to on the day itself, or if no contact is made: 100% cancellation fee.
However, if the flight is canceled due to bad weather or other circumstances deemed by our company, a full refund will be provided,excluding any costs already incurred, such as ground staff operations. (This may vary depending on the aircraft.)

*Guide: 2 Full day attending guide from the 1st day at Hakone.
*Time schedule and visiting order are subject to change due to weather and traffic reason.
Notes
  1. Deposit is requested for starting arrangement, and cancellation fee of the package except helicopter charge will be charged from 21days prior to the service. If the cancellation policy needs to be changed due to the supplier reason, we will inform before contract is made.
  2. The pick up and drop off place is limitted inside of the 23 wards of Tokyo. As for other area like hotels around Narita airport, Yokohama area, etc, Additional fee will be occurred.
  3. The time and seat type subject to change due to the arrangement.
  4. Dinner at hot spring ryokan could be served at Tatami room, and any special dietary request should be informed at booking order. Serving time slots are subject to confirmation.
  5. In case of more than two rooms are requested, the type of rooms will not be always the same. There are rooms without beds and open-air bath, and we will inform the availability before the contract is concluded. A room for children-only is not possible to arrange.

<about Helicopter use>

The departure time may vary, but the decision regarding flight operation will be made around 6:00 PM the day before. In the event that the flight is canceled, an alternative means (vehicles) will be arranged and in such a case, the sightseeig time in Hakone needs to be shortend.

The fee includes third-party passenger liability insurance. Helicopters are very safe and comfortable, but we recommend purchasing travel insurance as a precaution.
