Job Description
Luxury Japan Inc. is an inbound travel company that develops services for overseas high net worth individuals as a group company of Club Concierge K.K., a membership concierge service provider.
Utilizing the services and network of Club Concierge K.K., which has been satisfying members in Japan, the company offers a wide range of services sought by the wealthy, centered on sightseeing, such as state-of-the-art medical checkups and art works.
In order to achieve further growth, we are looking for a few people who can perform the following tasks as a travel designer or sales manager. Due to a rapid increase in the number of inquiries from overseas agents, we have an urgent need for a Sales Manager or Travel Designer. We look forward to hearing from you.
We are looking for the following personnel
【Requirements】
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business level
- Experience in inbound travel business at a travel agency
【Welcome requirements】
- Experience in travel business such as product creation and quotation preparation for domestic travel
- Domestic travel business administrator or comprehensive travel business administrator qualification holder
- Itinerary management supervisor
【Personnel required】
- Experienced in product creation and operation of inbound travel to Japan
- Interested in webinars and travel planning for high net worth travelers
- Those who are interested in Japanese culture and want to promote Japanese culture overseas
- Those who are active and flexible, rather than waiting for instructions
- Those who love to travel, both domestic and international
- Those who have experience living abroad, such as language study abroad or working holiday
- Confident negotiating skills

Work Location | Aoyama Eighteen Building 5F, 2-1-6 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 8 minutes walk from Miyamasuzaka Exit of Shibuya Station 7 minutes walk from Omotesando Station (Exit B1) *Basically, you will work in the office, but remote work is also possible depending on the nature of your work. |
Working hours | 9:30 - 18:30 (working hours may vary) |
Holidays | ・2 days off per week (121 days off per year) *Depending on the situation, some weekends may be required (in this case, you will be asked to take a compensatory holiday) ・Year-end and New Year vacations (December 31 to January 3) ・Paid vacations (granted after 6 months of employment) |
Salary | Monthly salary: 400,000 JPY or more *Including uniform position allowance *Actual salary will be determined based on experience, ability, and previous salary [Bonus] Twice a year (July and December) |
Job Description | ・General marketing to acquire wealthy inbound customers ・Developing new clients (approaching overseas travel agencies and buyers, etc.) ・Planning new action plans and team building ・Discover tourism contents that meet the needs of wealthy travelers with overseas knowledge, and refine travel plans ・Product development (purchase management of travel materials, negotiation of tourist attractions, restaurants, hotels, etc., development of domestic suppliers, etc.) ・Travel reception, reservations, arrangements, operations, and settlement management ・Consortium activities (sales and PR activities at business meetings where overseas buyers gather) ・Consortium activities (sales and PR activities at business meetings where overseas buyers gather) ・Total planning and promotion, and other operations management incidental to the travel business |
