Luxury Japan Special Gourmet Tour 6 Days
Special gourmet trip touring Tokyo, Hakone and Kyoto.
This is a six-day gourmet-themed trip touring around Tokyo, Hakone, and Kyoto. Activities in Tokyo will include visits to the Tsukiji fish market and an edo-kiriko glassware studio and enjoyment of musical performances by geisha at a Japanesestyle room. In Hakone, you will visit OKADA MUSEUM OF ART, one of the foremost sanctuaries of beautiful art in Japan, where an art curator of the museum will guide you through. After the art tour you can indulge yourself in the open-air hot spring known for its beautiful skin effect. In the old capital, Kyoto, there is a special visit to Kodai-ji Entokuin temple where a talk will be given by the chief priest.
During this gourmet tour, you will be enjoying outstanding food such as kaiseki-style cuisine, sushi, tempura and meat dishes (Sukiyaki or shabu shabu) at various renowned restaurants.
One of the highlights will be the exquisite cuisine at Mizai, a superlative ryotei in Kyoto, where reservation is impossible to make. (Please check Luxury Japan website for information on reservations for the years 2017 and 2018.)
