Rokkan
Soba and supponturtle dishes adored by refined guests
Rokkan is a distinguished restaurant in Tsukiji, serving Kyoto cuisine with delicate, healthy, and refined flavours, as expressed in their specialty supponturtle dishes. The restaurant opened in 2015 by Mr. Masahiro Ueda , the master chef of Iyuki, a kaiseki-style restaurant in Tokyo known for being difficult to make reservations. Supponturtles are prepared in various styles such as hot pot stew, steamed egg custard and deep-fried dish, all a true delicacy with savoury flavour and refinement. The combination with fresh Kyoto vegetables is also exquisite.
