After training his skills and learning the philosophy under culinary genius Michel Bras, who has creative usage of nature, the owner chef Mr. Namae continued on to join "The Fat Duck" outside London as the sous chef. Upon his return to Japan, this exquisite restaurant. L'Effervescence, was opened. His creations are modern yet traditional, bringing out the best flavours of the ingredients.
